Cenata decides for iLIMS

The Tübingen laboratory Cenata, a subsidiary of the biotech company CeGaT and the Enders laboratory, is the sole licensee of the Harmony test throughout Germany. This involves a DNA analysis of a blood sample from the mother to determine the risk of numerical chromosomal defects in the unborn child. To manage the samples and laboratory orders, Cenata has commissioned CSS LIMS GmbH to implement our laboratory software iLIMS. Dr. Häbig explains the decision with the high flexibility of iLIMS, which other providers could not offer to this extent. iLIMS will map the entire process at Cenata, from shipping the kits to sample receipt, sample processing and invoicing. Additionally, iLIMS financial accounting will be used for the collection of direct debits and payment control.
