Even under these unpredictable conditions we remain fully available for you!  

Our protective measures against the corona virus

Maintaining the health of our employees and ensuring their ability to work is our primary goal. This is the only way we can guarantee that we will continue to provide you with the service you are accustomed to. 
In detail our measures are as follows:

• The majority of our employees work from the home office.

• Customer inquiries are still handled by our support team.

• You can still reach our consultants via Teamviewer, telephone or e-mail.

• Our development team is also now busy with the further development of our laboratory solution iLIMS.

• The sales team and administrative staff in the office are constantly changing and can be reached for your questions.

Due to compelling reasons, no face-to-face events are currently possible. Instead, we offer you online training courses in which our consultants will be happy to support you in setting up your laboratory solution using Teamviewer. To arrange training dates or dates for support in setting up or adapting our iLIMS laboratory solution, simply contact your project managers.
