Change of name of CSS LIMS GmbH

CSS LIMS GmbH was founded in 2014 as a spin-off from CSS Dresden GmbH. With the concentration on the core business, the development and distribution of the laboratory software iLIMS, CSS LIMS had entered into a strategic partnership with the company INTEGRIS Konz. As a framework and ERP manufacturer INTEGRIS provides various basic components for our laboratory information and management system iLIMS 3.0, which is one of the most flexible solutions on the market.With the participation of the INTEGRIS GmbH and its managing director Thomas Kern at iLIMS GmbH, an even closer cooperation between the two companies is planned for the future. The organizational consolidation of the development is the first step towards a bundling of resources. With the name change INTEGRIS LIMS GmbH (short: iLIMS GmbH) and the sale of shares iLIMS GmbH underlines the close relationship with INTEGRIS and avoids confusion with other companies.Accordingly the contact details change as follows:
