Our Second Customer Day 2025
Our second Customer Day 2025 was in full swing — and it quickly became clear: innovation emerges through dialogue. As with our previous events, we were fully booked once again and thrilled about the impressive number of participants and the many engaging conversations surrounding our iLIMS.
Following a welcome from our management team, we immediately dove into hands-on sessions. The morning focused on automation and process optimization in iLIMS as well as iLIMS on the Web — topics that sparked great interest among our customers and delivered numerous new ideas for everyday lab work.
In the afternoon, we turned our attention to the future: we discussed upcoming developments, straightforward and practical device integrations with our device server iCONTROL, and flexible digitalization architectures designed to sustainably support laboratories.
A heartfelt thank-you to all participants who made this day so vibrant with their commitment, questions, and feedback. We look forward to continuing the exchange.
