Expansion of the Shareholder Circle

INTEGRIS LIMS GmbH has admitted Henrik Frenzel and Torsten Gaida to the circle of shareholders at the beginning of the new year. Both have acquired shares from the company founder Bernd Koschitzki. Torsten Gaida is currently the commercial director and was one of the first employees of the company. Henrik Frenzel, at 29 years of age, is one of the youngest managing directors and product managers of the GmbH.
