This year's LIMS Forum took place from November 7th to 8th at the Research Center in Jülich. During the two days, visitors to the forum were able to learn about the functionalities and innovations of laboratory systems from the 24 LIMS exhibitors. As in the previous year, the team from Klinkner & Partner also organized a great supporting program with interesting lectures and workshops.
We at INTEGRIS LIMS welcomed interested parties from various industries at our booth, such as the pharmaceutical, food, and automotive industries. We were able to convince the company representatives of our laboratory software, especially through our innovative and object-oriented concept, which offers the possibility to individually adapt the LIMS based on a standard solution to the processes of the respective industry. Visitors were excited about the multilingual capabilities of the system, as not only foreign languages but also the company's internal language can be integrated and customized with little effort.
Representatives from traditional contract laboratories were interested in the ERP functions of our laboratory solution. Our fully integrated CRM allows for the management of prospects and customers as well as related activities. The complete creation of quotes and orders, up to invoicing and financial accounting, can be handled through the laboratory software. We especially recommend this complete solution for laboratories with up to 200 employees, who in most cases have the choice of a new ERP system compared to large companies.
Notable for this year's meeting were the frequently asked questions on quality management topics regardless of the industry. The presentation of our QM management as well as the testing equipment with integrated control charts was very well received by the interested parties.
In conclusion, we can also draw an extremely positive summary for this year's LIMS Forum. We received consistently positive feedback and look forward to the next round in the coming year. In this context, we would like to thank Klinkner & Partner for the successful organization of the LIMS Forum.
