Our second customer day 2025 was in full swing and it was already clear: Innovation arises in dialogue. As with previous events, we were completely booked out and were very pleased with the great number of participants and the many exciting conversations around our iLIMS.
After the welcome from our management, we immediately got into practice. The focus of the morning was on automation and process optimization in iLIMS as well as iLIMS in web topics, which sparked great interest among our customers and provided numerous impulses for everyday laboratory work.
In the afternoon, we looked ahead: We talked about future developments, simple and practical device connections with our device server iCONTROL as well as flexible digitization architectures that sustainably support laboratories.
