Second Customer Day 2024

Last Thursday, our annual Customer Day took place – a day full of exciting insights into the innovations and updates of our laboratory software! Especially the topic of eInvoicing, which will become mandatory from January 1st, generated great interest among our customers. With informative presentations and helpful discussions, we were able to clarify the most important changes and benefits of this feature.

In the evening, we traditionally ended the day at the Dresden Striezelmarkt – a great opportunity to engage in conversation with our customers in a relaxed atmosphere. Afterwards, we went out for dinner together to round off the day in great company.
