Who we are looking for

You enjoy technology, like working with people, and are looking for a responsible role in consulting and implementing software projects in the lab?
Then you are exactly right with us! We are looking for reinforcement for our consulting team, which supports our clients in the implementation and introduction of our laboratory software iLIMS. If you enjoy digitizing laboratory processes, providing expert advice to clients, and independently managing implementation projects, we look forward to your application.

Your tasks

• You implement our software iLIMS at our customers and take on the professional consulting as well as the management of the project
• You plan, coordinate, and control project processes, including time and budget planning, thereby ensuring project success
• You take responsibility for goals, deadlines, and quality requirements within your project team
• You support our development by formulating professional requirements and optimization suggestions from the customer's perspective
• You create project documentation, status reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
• You act as a communication interface between customers, project team, and development, ensuring smooth coordination

Your profile

Your background: You have completed a degree in chemistry, biology, business administration, or related fields – alternatively, a qualification as a laboratory technician or comparable training. Ideally, this is complemented by a degree in computer science or training as an IT specialist or comparable IT qualification.

Your experience: You bring several years of professional experience, including solid project experience in the management of software solutions (laboratory management, LIMS, or inventory management/ERP). You are familiar with Windows systems, IT infrastructures, and relational databases, and are IT-savvy with a willingness to delve into new topics.

Your way of working: You think conceptually, work solution- and service-oriented, and take on responsibility independently. With strong communication skills, empathy, and a sense of tact, you inspire customer lab teams. Willingness to travel up to three days a week rounds off your profile.
