Our protective measures against the coronavirus
Preserving the health of our employees and ensuring their ability to work is our top priority. Only in this way can we guarantee to continue providing you with the usual service.
Specifically, our measures are as follows:
- A large part of our employees is working from home.
- Customer inquiries are still being handled by our support team.
- Our consultants are still available to you via Teamviewer, phone, or email.
- Our development team is currently busy with the further development of our laboratory solution iLIMS.
- In constant rotation, employees from the sales team and administration are available in the office for your questions.
For compelling reasons, no in-person events are currently possible. Instead, we offer you online training sessions, in which our consultants are happy to assist you with the setup of your laboratory solution via Teamviewer. To schedule training sessions or appointments for support with the setup or adjustment of our laboratory solution iLIMS, simply contact your project managers.
