This week we were on-site at one of our largest customers in the lab (Tentamus Group and bilacon in Berlin) and that is where we gain the most value. Not at the desk, not in theory, but right in the midst of real lab life. When you experience processes live, walk the paths, and talk to the people who bear responsibility for results every day, you immediately realize: It is often the small things that make the difference. And it is these details that determine whether a solution really works in everyday life.
We took a lot of time to look closely and listen. Many impressions came together and really exciting conversations. Open, practical, and honest. That's how we like it, because only then do we understand what teams in the lab really need: Where does it run smoothly? Where does a process waste unnecessary time? What would noticeably relieve? And how can solutions be implemented so that they not only 'look good' but actually help in everyday life?

Such visits are more than just an appointment for us. They are an integral part of our work. Our iLIMS is not built for the ideal case, but for reality. And that is exactly what is also reflected in our campaign theme: Showtime 2026 – iLIMS on Tour. We leave the desk, bring iLIMS with us, and go where the questions arise: directly to your lab.
