In 2020, everything is a bit different, including our customer day. This was initially opened somewhat unusually via video conference by the managing directors and continued with a virtual tour of the new and freshly renovated office building. The spacious and friendly conference room, the modern kitchen, the cozy barbecue area, and the lovely new offices received great approval. It was followed by exciting presentations and the introduction of program highlights and new developments that can be used with the upcoming version. These included among others:
- the elegant improvements in data export and import,
- the direct device connection via iLIMS using the example of a scale,
- the sampling app for capturing measurement data in offline mode and
- as a highlight, the new web client for using iLIMS via a browser.
The participants also took the opportunity to discuss personal questions and challenges with each other and to network. We thank you for the commitment and participation of each individual and are already very much looking forward to welcoming you personally in our new office building in 2021.
